Our client has a dedicated team of nine working to keep the Nations Footwear in a make do and mend, tip top condition. They manufacture laces and insoles and supply the largest range of specialist show care in the UK.
They are looking forward to welcoming a passionate and skilled E-commerce Specialist to their team, selling everything except the shoes.
Please note- The position can be adjusted to a four-day working week for the right candidate.
Are you the right person for the job?
Proven experience in operating e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Wix and WooCommerce
Strong knowledge of SEO, product listings optimisation, and digital marketing strategies
Experience in managing inventory, order fulfilment, and customer service in an e-commerce setting
Proficiency in data analytics tools, Microsoft Excel, and online sales management software
Proficiency in spreadsheets to up and download data to and from sites
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail, especially regarding products online
What will your role look like?
Product Management and Listing
Create, and optimise product listings on various online platforms such as eBay, Amazon, WooCommerce and TikTok Shop
Ensure product information (descriptions, prices, images, specifications) is accurate, up-to-date and aligned across all channels
Work with internal teams to ensure new product releases are promptly listed and featured online
Regularly manage stock availability and inventory listings
Platform Management
Manage and maintain our WooCommerce website, ensuring all product pages are optimised for user experience and SEO
Oversee the integration of the TikTok Shop with the website and other platforms to ensure seamless product listings and order management
Manage eBay and Amazon seller accounts
Digital Marketing and Sales Optimisation
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase traffic and sales on all platforms
Optimise listings using keywords, SEO best practices and promotional strategies like discounts and sales events
Analyse traffic and conversion data to continuously improve product positioning and online sales performance
Data Analysis and Reporting
Track, analyse and report on sales performance across all platforms
Use data analytics tools to monitor trends, customer behaviours and sales patterns to identify opportunities for growth
Platform Compliance and Best Practices
Ensure all listings adhere to platform-specific guidelines and policies (e.g., Amazon's brand registry, eBay's seller standards)
Stay up to date with the latest developments and updates in platform algorithms and listing best practices
Collaboration and Coordination
Work closely with the ecommerce team to ensure the timely launch of new products and marketing campaigns
Collaborate with suppliers to enhance product descriptions and ensure high-quality visuals
Provide feedback to the management team to improve website functionality and user experience
