Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Conduct research to identify potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals. Client Engagement: Support senior consultants in managing client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs, and delivering high-quality candidates. Market Research: Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to understand industry trends and identify potential business opportunities. Candidate Assessment: Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and clients in the company's CRM system. Networking: Build and maintain a network of industry contacts and attend relevant events to expand your knowledge and connections. Support Recruitment Process: Assist in the coordination of interviews, feedback collection, and offer negotiations between clients and candidates. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients and candidates. Research Skills: Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail. Interpersonal Skills: A proactive and personable approach, with a passion for people and recruitment. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Ambition: A strong desire to succeed and grow within the recruitment industry.
