Hours: Part Time – 24 hours per week
(Position requires 24 hours per week. Schedule can be flexible, but must include availability on Fridays)

What will a ‘typical’ day look like?
* Take ownership of processing sales invoices for funding, rental & room hire
* Ensure invoices are coded correctly and entered onto our Sage accounting package
* Monitor outstanding invoices, sending out statements and following up for payment
* Check invoices against purchase orders for payment clearance
* Handle queries and requests from our project teams
* Assist with the year-end audit
* Support team members as needed
* Perform general filing and scanning and any other finance-related tasks
What do we need from you?
* Experience of working in an office role
* Well organised and able to meet deadlines
* Pride in accuracy and quality of work
* Willingness to ask questions when unsure
* Ability to work well with others
* Experience with Excel and an accountancy package is a plus
