Job Overview
This crucial role offers a first point of contact for customers and students at Solihull College & University Centre’s Blossomfield Campus. In addition to providing a general reception service, you will perform administrative duties as required.

Requirements
A commitment to providing a welcoming environment to our customers and experience within a front-line service is essential, as is an ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative.
Work Schedule
You are required to work a set shift pattern; this will include Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday with the Wednesday shift finishing at 7.30pm during term time, and 5.00pm outside of term time.
Please note if you are selected for the next stage in the process, you will be required to attend the College’s premises, unless exceptional circumstances apply.
