Job Description
Purpose:
We are looking for 2 Civil Site Supervisors to join our team, based in Widnes to assist on the build and delivery of our fixed line and Wireless projects.
Specific Duties:
1. Regular reviews of project status ensuring all options have been considered and evaluated to improve construction performance.
2. Manage multiple Civil teams.
3. Promote Near Miss and Positive Intervention Safety-culture reporting.
4. Provide strong leadership with employees on site.
5. Ensure efficient communication and engagement with the supply chain.
6. Control site environmental issues.
7. Develop strong team working relationships.
8. Ensure all project KPIs and KPMs are achieved.
9. Upload documents to company systems as necessary in line with business requirements.
10. Develop accurate project programmes for weekly updates.
11. Ensure compliance with procedures through weekly/monthly returns.
12. Manage cost risk and early identification of problematic issues on site.
13. Submit weekly information through T2C including timesheets, material sheets, and plant & site checklists.
14. Collect data for divisional coordinators including scheme drawings of layout, sections, and construction details.
15. Prepare weekly progress reports.

Qualifications
Skills:
1. NRSWA accreditation to supervisory level (essential).
2. Ideally, hold a civil qualification.
3. PIA accreditation.
4. SA001, SA002, SA006.
5. Experience in delivering Telecoms civils on Build.
6. A positive and enthusiastic approach to work.
7. Good organisation skills.
8. Ability to work well under pressure.
9. IT literate (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel).
