About the role You will be responsible for the planning and coordination of your team to ensure that we can provide tailored support to our clients to enable them to live well at home You will also be required to monitor capacity and take on referrals to ensure continual growth working closely with internal and external contacts to ensure a good quality efficient service is delivered You’ll work closely with carers and seniors that are on-the-road to ensure all clients calls are covered Management of the on call rota and ensuring on call coverage at all times which may involve being part of the on call rota About You You’ll need to have a background in care and be confident working with a variety of people. You’ll be organised and passionate about providing outstanding service to our clients.
