Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Channel Sales Representative to Lead our expansion on the UKI region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and grow our market presence.
Responsibilities:
· Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including VARs (Value-Added Resellers), distributors, and system integrators, to expand our distribution network.
· Develop and execute business plans with partners to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Provide ongoing training and support to partners on product offerings, sales techniques, and marketing strategies.
· Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales enablement tools and marketing materials for channel partners.
· Monitor and analyze performance metrics of channel partners to ensure productivity and identify areas for growth and improvement.
· Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position our products and services.
· Participate in partner events, conferences, and training sessions to promote our offerings and strengthen partner relationships.
· Activelly generate leads to work in collaboration with the IT Channel Partners.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in channel sales, ideally within the IT Infrastructure sector.
· Strong understanding of channel dynamics and partner ecosystems.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
· Strategic thinker with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend events.
· English proficiency
