They are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager at their Liverpool managed contract to lead FM projects at various state-of-the-art facilities across the city.
In this role, you'll be overseeing the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance and minor works across a variety of public sector buildings across the city. The role will involve delivering a 'best in class' service delivery to the client and leading the in-house site management and labour teams to ensure contract compliance and adherence.
This is a great chance to step into a highly autonomous position working for a leading FM business, in a newly won contract for a highly esteemed client - where you'll be a key player in the delivery of this contract.
THE ROLE:
1. Overseeing delivery of an FM contract across state-of-the-art facilities
2. FM contract working across Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric Services
3. Key person between different stakeholders - client, site management, labourers
4. Based in Liverpool
THE PERSON:
1. Previous experience in a Contracts/Commercial Management role
2. Experience with either mechanical, electrical, or HVAC services in FM contracts
3. Background in Facilities Management or Building Services
