Your new role as an Operations Administrator...
* Working within a small team, handle and process payouts of asset finance opportunities in accordance with the defined criteria and checks
* Prioritise payouts to ensure transactions are managed in a timely andeffective manner
* Signing transactions for payout within the delegated mandates
* Provide direct support for colleagues working in other administration teams as workflows dictate
* Assist in training of duties to colleagues as assigned by the Team Manager/Team Leader
* Work closely with the Payout Manager / Team Leader to deliver an inclusive and positive team environment
* Undertake any other duties and tasks as specified from time to time in accordance with the Companys business requirements.

1. Previous experience of working within an administration role
2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish working relationships by email and over the telephone
