Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and a strong background in retail management. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of sales associates, and ensuring outstanding customer service. Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue.
3. Supervise daily operations, ensuring that all team members are performing their duties efficiently.
4. Train, mentor, and coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
5. Monitor individual and team performance metrics, providing feedback and support as needed.
6. Foster a positive working environment that encourages collaboration and high morale.
7. Communicate effectively with upper management regarding team performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Experience
1. Proven experience in retail management or sales management is essential.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous.
4. Demonstrated ability to sell products effectively while providing exceptional customer service.
5. Experience in supervising teams in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred.
6. A passion for achieving results and driving team success is crucial for this role.

Pay: £11.50-£13.55 per hour
