Duties
1. Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
2. Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with our menu standards.
3. Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
4. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
5. Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.
6. Monitor inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as necessary to maintain stock.
7. Assist in managing kitchen budgets, controlling costs while maximising quality.
8. Address any customer feedback or concerns regarding food quality or service.
Experience
1. Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
4. Experience in food preparation techniques, menu planning, and kitchen management.
5. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
6. A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
