Come and join us as a Warehouse Supervisor on a flexible hours basis to help us grow, deliver sales and exceed customer expectations. You will be contracted to 16 hours a week, but you will be flexible to work a weekly pattern of up to 37.5 hours a week to cover peak trading hours, holidays, and meet business needs.
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll be committed to delivering an outstanding level of service, and you’ll be professional, driven, and enthusiastic. The Warehouse Supervisor role reports into the branch management team and will provide the highest level of service to internal and external customers, ensuring we can deliver products to our customers against tight deadlines. This role may at times be customer-facing within the branch, serving on the trade counter and dealing with customers over the telephone. You’ll naturally promote and embrace our inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the day-to-day Warehouse operations
* Planning and delegating tasks as required
* Picking orders and maintaining housekeeping standards in our warehouse
* Loading and unloading vehicles
* Serving customers
* Providing exceptional customer service
* Maintaining safety standards within the warehouse at all times
You’ll be self-motivated and a real team player, ideally with some warehouse experience and knowledge of the products associated with our industry - although enthusiasm and a can-do attitude is just as important! You'll be flexible with working hours and able to work up to 37.5 hours a week. You’ll thrive on providing the best customer service and being a huge support to your branch colleagues.
