This role is fundamental within the Group Marketing team to support and champion the development and delivery of a busy portfolio of content, events, design and digital projects which support the Robertson portfolio of businesses. The key areas of focus include the delivering of first-class B2B activities that support a wide range of work across brand building, business development, web presence, cross business support for initiatives and both internal and external events. Working with colleagues across the Group Marketing Team and the wider business, as well as external business partners, is core to this role, ensuring all work created meets business goals and objectives with a desire for continuous improvement. What you'll do: Co-ordination and management of design projects using the Adobe Creative Suite from event materials, posters, banners to complex work winning supporting material and presentations. Content creation of case studies, web pages, email campaigns, presentations and other business focussed requirements Support the development of Robertson websites and digital asset management system Open Asset Take and lead photography shoots for use in work Planning and management of short and long term projects through scheduling and meticulous project management using Microsoft Planner Supporting the operational businesses for work winning and brand building efforts Develop systems to record audits, assets and outputs delivered Act as the brand guardian to monitor, advise and police ongoing implementation of the brand Develop technology-based processes and activities to maximise efficiencies and demonstrate greater ROI for Robertson What you'll need: Highly skilled marketer with experience of a diverse portfolio of end-to-end marketing projects across content, design, digital, events, photography and other activities The Adobe Creative Suite is the Team’s foundation for all the great work so this is key for this role An advanced understanding and demonstrable experience in InDesign and Photoshop are essential, with Illustrator and other elements desirable for this role. A passion for creativity, attention to detail and solving problems is also desired to support the efforts of the Marketing team to achieve the business goals across Robertson The experience of the Adobe Creative Suite must be shared in your CV application for the post.
