The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to deliver outstanding academic results and exemplary classroom practice through the delivery of a high quality and well sequenced curriculum, a structured assessment system, rigorous diagnosis of individual students’ strengths and weaknesses and the implementation of targeted intervention programmes.
The successful candidate would be joining a friendly, supportive and experienced team and will benefit from a fully resourced and comprehensive curriculum as well as excellent technical support. The Science results are incredibly strong and student uptake beyond GCSE and A Level is very good. The successful candidate will be expected to teach all Science disciplines at KS3, Physics and at least one other Science at KS4 and Physics at KS5.
