As the Change Lead, you will play a critical role in managing and leading enterprise-wide change initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.Reporting to the Head of Transformation Programme Delivery, the Change Lead will serve as the subject matter expert in change management, driving strategic change across multiple programmes and embedding methodologies such as Prosci. You will lead change readiness assessments, establish networks of Change and Engagement Champions, and ensure alignment with Compass Group's cultural values and strategic goals, fostering successful adoption across the organisation.The change lead will also be responsible for:Developing and implementing change methodologies, ensuring alignment with transformation objectives and minimal disruption to business operations.Leading enterprise-level change frameworks and ensure successful delivery of technology and operational changes.Building strong relationships with senior leaders, act as a trusted advisor, and drive engagement across the organisation.Providing oversight on risk management, delivering regular updates to leadership, and ensuring quality change management plans.Fostering a high-performance culture, supporting the professional development of change champions and driving continuous improvement.Embedding Compass Group's values into change initiatives, enhancing employee engagement and ensuring long-term success.As Change Lead you will have proven experience leading large-scale enterprise change initiatives, ideally in a global or complex organisation.
