I am seeking a Marketing and Business Development Manager with a strategic vision to lead and manage my client's legal firm’s marketing and business development efforts, organizing a portfolio of events, enhancing their profile, and generating new leads. This role is ideal for a professional with a proven track record in Marketing and Business Development within the legal sector.
Day to Day of the Role:
* Develop and implement a focused marketing and business development strategy targeting both existing and potential clients.
* Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and structures of prospective clients.
* Represent the firm professionally and manage associated activities effectively.
* Administer the creation of sector-specific content, campaigns, events, and other profile-raising activities.
* Organise and attend marketing events, recording their uptake and success rate.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* At least 2-3 years of Marketing/Business Development experience within a law firm.
* Strong understanding of the legal market and current industry trends.
* Proven ability to manage and execute marketing events successfully.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
* Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to implement innovative marketing solutions.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
