Treasury Analyst - Cash Management

The role holder is responsible for day-to-day operational cash management, forecasting and trade activities for assets managed by the Investment Management department.

MS AIML is the regulated investment management company of the MS Amlin brand (MSA). MSA is wholly owned by the MS&AD Group. The investment clients of MS AIML include MSA companies and others in the wider MS&AD group.
What You'll Spend Your Time Doing
* Identifying areas for Continuous Improvement within the function.
* Regular contact with service providers and clients
* Providing advice and support to stakeholders in banking/investment related topics
* Business Continuity
* Provide support and cover other Treasury cash managers
* Business Continuity testing
* Responsibility for the liquidity and forecasting of cash across the business
* Managing AIML cash and ensuring adherence to client money regulatory requirements
Cash Management BAU Activity
* Responsible for the liquidity management over a large number of bank accounts on a daily basis.
* Management of daily cashflows to include regular discussions with other departments and incorporating known inflows/outflows into cashflow models
* Maintain procedures and policies, ensuring operational adherence at all times
* Processing of Treasury payments via banking systems and swift as required
* Participate in the maintenance of updates for the TMS, banking systems and other treasury records in accordance with internal, regulatory and audit requirements
* Maintain strong relationships with Third Party clients and AIML colleagues

What We Need From You
* Proven experience in cashflow forecasting
* Strong understanding liquidity management
* Strong understanding of banking payment types and payment regs
* Experience of working with Client Money accounts
* Experience of working in a deadline driven Treasury department.
* Experience using a Treasury Management System
* Strong communicator
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
* Intermediate Excel skills
