Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Sales Engineer on behalf of a global market leader in combustion management systems.
Established over 50 years, they are the largest distributor in Europe for Ray Burners. They offer installation, service, and maintenance services to a range of sectors including commercial, industrial, educational, and leisure. They carry out a lot of work on Universities, Hotels, NHS, Museums, Car Showrooms, Food Manufacturing sites, etc.
You will be joining a dynamic and growing sales team, focused on end-user engineering sales. This will include large installation projects, equipment-supply contracts, maintenance agreements, and smaller works. As part of the role, you will get the opportunity to engage with a wide range of clients from different industries and sectors.

This is a permanent position, based in Biggin Hill, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. The role will include travelling to client sites. The salary is paying £30k - £35k per annum. Responsibilities
1. Produce and send quotations, proposals, and consultancy audits to clients.
2. Deliver Purchase Orders for equipment sales, maintenance contracts, and smaller works.
3. Establish and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
4. Engage with a range of stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal business units.
5. Support with all areas of sales activity when required.
6. Willingness for domestic travel - Key focus on the UK market.
7. Ensure all sales data is accurately submitted and updated on the system.
8. Deliver presentations and pitches to potential clients.
9. Collaborate and work with a dynamic team.
10. Keep up to date with market trends, decarbonisation, and regulation.
Skills & Attributes
1. Degree (Technical/Engineering Degree preferred but any degree is sufficient).
2. Ability to produce reports, proposals, and structured documentation.
3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Interest in the environment, sustainability, and decarbonisation.
5. Interest in engineering, technology, and manufacturing.
6. Full UK Driving Licence Required.
7. A good knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
8. A high level of attention to detail.
9. Very self-motivated and possess a willingness to be successful in your career.
