Job Role: Field Sales Representative
Rota: Monday - Friday - DAYS
Salary: £25,000 Basic + Commission (OTE £35,000)
Location: West Bromwich
My client, a large national Tool/Plant/Powered Access maintenance company, is looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join their growing team.
The role of Field Sales Representative in brief:
1. Proactively reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone and email to drive sales of our plant and equipment parts.
2. Identifying customer needs, matching them with the right equipment, and converting enquiries into orders.
3. Building strong, long-term customer relationships to maximize repeat business and referrals.
4. Coordinating with the engineering and transport teams to ensure smooth delivery of equipment to customer sites.
5. Updating the CRM and other systems to track sales activities, machine availability, and customer interactions.
The ideal candidate for Field Sales Representative:
1. Previous experience in sales, ideally within the Plant, Powered Access, Tool, or Material Handling industries.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional approach to customer interactions.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, with an eye for detail in updating records.
4. A goal-driven mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
5. A driving licence is needed in this role.
