Teaching Personnel are looking for dedicated and compassionate Learning/ Behaviour Support Assistants to work flexible, part-time hours across several secondary schools in the Vale of Glamorgan, supporting pupils in an Autism base setting. About the Role: Supporting pupils with Autism and additional needs in their learning and life skills development. Working within a secondary school environment, providing tailored support in small groups or one-to-one. Assisting students in developing independence and confidence. Collaborating with teachers and SEN teams to ensure each pupil reaches their full potential. What We’re Looking For: Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent). Experience working with children or vulnerable adults is highly desirable. We welcome graduates, students, or those looking for experience alongside their degree (especially in education, psychology, social care, or related fields).
