Job overview
We are recruiting for a Course Tutor/Clinical Psychologist to join our Centre for Psychological Health within Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, linked to the University of Oxford Department of Experimental Psychology on a 12 month fixed-term contract.
You'll plan, co-ordinate or monitor aspects of the academic, clinical and/or research activity of the doctoral course in a specialist field and carry lead responsibility for the planning, co-ordination and monitoring of both the academic syllabus related to clinical psychology generally and where appropriate in your specialist field, and other aspects of the development of doctoral students.
This is a part-time role (15 hours per week) based at the Warneford Hospital in Oxford, with some home working.
We are particularly interested in applicants with an interest in CBT and Systemic/Family therapy. If you want to be part of our fast-growing, dynamic and friendly team delivering academic excellence in the field of clinical psychology, we would love to hear from you!

Essential criteria
* Post Graduate Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or its equivalent) as accredited/approved by the British Psychological Society/HCPC
* HCPC registration as Clinical Psychologist
Desirable criteria
* BABCP practitioner level accreditation
* AFT Intermediate Level accreditation or beyond
* Higher Education Academy recognition
Experience
Essential criteria
* Established level of teaching experience and ability to teach and train others
* Experience of working at an appropriate organisational level within a NHS/University setting
* Experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment of a variety of clinical presentations
Desirable criteria
* Experience of supervision and formal training in clinical psychology training
* Post-Doctoral research experience that may include carrying out applied research, supervising research work, publishing research and collaborating with others
* Experience of working with Service Users in the co-creation of teaching and research
Knowledge
Essential criteria
* Expertise in issues related to clinical supervision
Desirable criteria
* Knowledge, skills, and experience in clinical psychology practice in a specialist area
