We are looking for an experienced and people-focused professional to join us as a Senior HR Advisor. This is a full-time position but part-time working may be considered; the working pattern can be discussed at interview.
The role holder will be expected to provide a high quality, professional, effective and customer-focused HR service to a range of line managers and staff across all departments within the organisation. This will include advice on complex casework, together with the ability to effectively interpret and apply policies and procedures, including recruitment. There will also be a variety of project work. You will need to be able to constructively challenge, persuade and influence managers to act and make decisions in accordance with policy and employment practice in order to minimise potential ET claims.
Team working and excellent communication skills are essential, together with the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. You will also be responsible for developing and coaching HR staff within a small HR Team, so leadership skills are crucial.
