About this role: As a Senior Product Manager for Advisor Ticketing, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of product features for our advisor support tooling. This role requires a strong combination of product management skills, technical expertise, and deep understanding of customer service workflows. Working in a large matrix organisation, you will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and customer services teams to deliver an exceptional advisor experience. Your primary focus will be enhancing Zendesk’s capabilities for managing support tickets, improving efficiency, and optimising the overall customer service experience. You will prioritise customer needs, market trends, and business objectives to define and deliver product solutions that meet the diverse requirements of our global customer base. As a senior leader, you will contribute to the overall product strategy while ensuring continuous product improvements and seamless integrations with other key systems. Location: Hybrid, 3 days a week from our London office & 2 days working from home These are some of the key ingredients to the role: Understand your users, identify pain points & improvement opportunities to translate into strategy & roadmap. Proactively communicate & collaborate with stakeholders and development teams. Lead the product life cycle, from identifying opportunities to ensuring flawless go-to-market. Reporting on team progress towards goals, managing expectations and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Make informed and evidence-based decisions using UX Research inputs, quantitative data and market insights. Create a vision and strategy for your products in collaboration with your team and in alignment with your Product Lead. What will you bring to the table? Solid understanding of, experience with, and a passion for modern product management and concepts like product discovery and delivery. Effective communication of complex matters and requirements to non-domain experts in a clear, simple and concise way.
