You’ll benefit from working four days from home, which is perfect for managing your commitments, with just 2 days in the office each week. The role also offers the flexibility to leave work early when needed to accommodate childcare or other personal responsibilities, ensuring that your work-life balance stays in check.
On top of that, we provide an enhanced loyalty bonus – £2 per hour minimum added to the standard pay rate for that council. You’ll also have the chance to participate in regular team socials, where you can build connections and enjoy downtime with a supportive and friendly team.

You’ll be joining a team led by senior managers who are supportive, approachable, and committed to providing regular supervision. They’re looking for an experienced social worker who can step in, manage a balanced caseload, and handle a few complex cases with confidence.
