You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation, optimisation, and security of our operational systems. This dynamic position involves managing platforms such as ConnectWise and ServiceNow, providing technical support to end-users, and configuring enhancements to meet the organisation's business needs. You will troubleshoot integration issues, develop customised workflows, and create documentation for internal training purposes. Additionally, you will deliver in-person training across various UK offices and proactively identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes.
