Markets Operations at Citi has embarked on a significant, multi-year transformation covering all aspects of designing and delivering a future state target operating model: risk and controls, regulatory compliance, process re-engineering, automation, people and culture, data transformation, technology investment and client service. This is a large and complex undertaking. The Markets Operations Transformation team has been formed to support stakeholders both within Operations and across the bank, to design and deliver this multi-year transformation roadmap. Our transformation is underpinned by strategy, investment, change execution and a market-leading operations change delivery team focusing on programme and project management, business analysis, process re-engineering, low code application development and PMO. The team is currently recruiting for a BA/project manager at VP level to take a role on the Strategic Ledger initiative and its impact on Market Operations teams and functions. The programme is kicking off in Finance with a multi-year plan to move to Oracle as the firms' General Ledger. The design, development, testing and implementation of Oracle will impact all Markets Operations functions across legal entities, asset classes, and geographies, The Programme delivery team works closely with Markets Operations stakeholders across APAC, EMEA and North America in partnership with Finance and is engaged with the Firmwide impacted Operations and Business teams. Initial functional scope of this role will include all GL related functions for Markets Operations but may be subject to change as a result of business priorities, programme budgets and overall transformation priorities. Responsibilities: - Manages a set of assigned programme workstreams, tracking progress of deliverables on the plan, performing analysis as part of issue resolution, ensuring all project delivery documentation is in place, to the required standard and signed off. - Supports the Finance Programme Manager with driving the plan and coordination of day-to-day activities across the programme on behalf of Markets Operations. - Demonstrated experience in delivering change in a collaborative, agile team environment as well as more standard frameworks - Ability to monitor tight deadlines, or unexpected requirement changes - Demonstrated ability to lead, plan, organise and prioritize work within a delivery framework - Strong collaboration, communication and coaching skills - Excellent client servicing and presentation skills - Strong ability to establish, build and maintain strong effective working relationships at all levels of the organization - Knowledge of modern technology, architecture and infrastructure - Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of virtual teams to deliver on strategic outcomes - Works with Operations stakeholders and builds and manages relationships. - Works with stakeholders to ensure program scope definition meets operations objective, ensuring requirements are clearly documented are strategic and are well understood by all stakeholders and Technology. - Support the Operations line team with their test preparation and execution and - Leads the identification and drives resolution of issues, including those outside of the immediate workstream within their remit. - Drives adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery as defined by Citi PM standards.
