What you'll do:
As a Sales Coordinator, your primary role will be to convert warm leads into successful sales. You will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring that they receive the best possible deal on their medical insurance. Your ability to collaborate closely with your team and use in-house systems effectively will be crucial to your success. You will also commit to ongoing training to ensure that you have all the tools necessary to excel in your role.
* Achieving set sales targets through the conversion of warm leads into sales
* Building excellent relationships with external stakeholders, demonstrating a professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy attitude at all times
* Completing applications with clients to provide the best deal possible in terms of price and quality of product
* Close collaboration with the team to achieve shared goals
* Using in-house systems to accurately record interactions with clients, confirm sales status, record potential new leads, and record communications activity
* Representing the organisation positively in all interactions with potential clients
* Committing to ongoing ‘on the job’ training provided by colleagues and team managers
