Do you enjoy building relationships and getting to know people? If so, you belong at Bromford Our lettings team manages the effective day-to-day delivery of lettings across the business. As part of the team, you'll work closely with colleagues and local authorities to ensure fair and timely allocation of properties. The caseload is diverse, comprising a mix of straightforward cases and more complex situations, ensuring a dynamic and varied workload every day. Organisational skills: You can prioritise and manage your workload efficiently. Enthusiasm for the role: You're committed to helping customers find the right home where they can thrive. Team player: You thrive in a high performing team, helping us meet our KPIs while letting homes fairly and transparently, in line with our policies. Tech-savvy: Strong IT skills, keen attention to detail, and an excellent work ethic are essential. A great ambassador: You embody Bromford's DNA and positively represent our values.
