We are currently seeking a highly skilled Regional Customer Quality Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in ensuring quality standards for our customers.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, you will...
* Oversee and manage the Quality Technical Agreement for both EMG & LTG in collaboration with our customers.
* Manage the entire inventory process to ensure optimal and accurate stock levels.
* Implement robust risk management procedures to ensure traceability and mitigate inventory loss.
* Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory integrity.
* Maintain and continuously improve the site Quality Management System (QMS) to meet internal, customer, and third-party accreditation requirements.
* Lead, motivate, and develop the inventory and quality management teams to achieve operational excellence.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and communication.
* Facilitate customer complaint investigations and ensure timely resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
* Level 3 HACCP certification.
* Level 3 Food Safety certification.
* Proven experience in quality assurance and inventory management.
* Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
* Management experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
