QUICK TAKE -
The Regional Sales Executive - Software sales is responsible for the achievement of sales and client goals in assigned territory. This role is located in the UK and requires a German & English speaker. This is remote with approx. 40% travel.
THE WORK -
This role will be leading and managing complex solution sales. Desired candidate will possess extensive experience selling financial software solutions and consulting services to Accounting, Finance, Treasury, and Procurement organizations within Fortune 1000 Companies. This candidate will exhibit passion, enthusiasm, and self-motivation to succeed.
The successful candidate will:
1. Achieve assigned territory sales quota through direct selling of software and services to executive management.
2. Identify potential customers and implement plan to secure their business.
3. Lead and manage complex solution sales.
4. Develop and execute field level marketing plans.
5. Prepare RFP's as required.
6. Develop and maintain sales forecasts on anticipated territory sales.
7. Submit reports of sales activity and maintain records.
8. Analyze sales statistics to formulate policy and assist in promoting sales.
9. Review market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develop sales campaigns to accommodate goals of company.
10. Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales.
11. Interpret company policy to employees and enforce company policy and practices.
12. Promote satisfactory customer relations.
13. Work closely with company personnel to ensure prompt service to customers.
14. Keep informed on company contract procedures and pricing.
15. Train new company marketing representatives.
THE MUST-HAVES-
1. Knowledge and experience utilizing MillerHeimen, Siebel/Strategic Selling or other complex, consultative solution sales methodology required.
2. Knowledge of Power Messaging a plus.
3. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience).
4. 5+ years selling to Accounting, Finance and Procurement in Fortune 1000 companies.
5. Fluency in German and English.
6. Experience selling outsourced financial services a plus.
7. Big 4 Consulting experience a plus.
