You will work 40 hrs. per week between the hours of 8am-8pm (Mon-Sun) As a Customer Service Advisor, no day is the same. You'll have the opportunity to diversify your experience in the industry by dealing with a range of issues and queries from our customers. You will be responding to customer letters, emails & inbound calls dealing with queries such as bill queries, account changes, general support & complaints. You'll dive into engaging, diverse conversations with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and needs and positively guide them through service excellence.
