Habinteg are recruiting to an exciting role within our organisation, and we are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Officer to join our newly formed data team. This role will develop and maintain Habinteg’s data intelligence solutions, ensuring data and performance information supports decision making, service insights, process improvements and business planning. The Business Intelligence Officer is responsible for:
1. Generating, preparing, and analysing standardised reports and dashboards (weekly/monthly)
2. Creating new reports and dashboards, as well as optimising existing reports
3. Planning, designing, and implementing effective dashboards and visualisations to revolutionise Habinteg’s business's data usage
4. End-to-end delivery of business intelligence initiatives including presenting to colleagues at all levels of the business
5. Managing relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders and end-users to ensure seamless communication and project success
6. Working with internal stakeholders to provide automated solutions using Business Intelligence software & Microsoft Office
About you
You have a passion for data insight and performance to help drive and improve services. You have an eye for detail, can analyse complex datasets and are able to represent these in a way that is accessible to a range of stakeholders including tenants, senior managers, and colleagues. You are able to highlight trends and identify areas where things can be improved by sharing accurate and insightful data.
Minimum Requirements
1. Please detail your knowledge and experience of using performance and management information systems, including data input and producing reports.
2. This role requires a good understanding of and experience in the use of spreadsheets, databases and report generating software; please outline the applications you have used previously and the functionality you are proficient in.
3. Please describe a situation where you have had to interpret and communicate complex data in an easy-to-understand way, any trends that were identified, and detail any recommendations and improvements you proposed.
