We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Human Resources team in a global leading brand. The successful candidate should be able to manage and support successful recruitment processes for the EMEA region (specifically France) and build strong relationships with hiring managers. They are known for their commitment to employee growth and professional development. Description Suport the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles within the organisation. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers. Use a variety of sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on job requirements. Make recommendations to hiring managers and facilitate the offer process. Manage applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Participate in HR projects as needed. Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies. Profile A successful Talent Acquisition Associate should have: French speaking - essential (both written and verbal) Experience in similar role is an advantage or strong administration experience Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with hiring managers. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and data protection regulations.
