Inputting transactions into the finance system. Performing daily checks of sales orders, confirming telesales details. Providing assistance with financial enquiries during events. Ensuring proper filling, scanning, and processing of documents. Processing customer orders and resolving any queries by coordinating with other departments. Analysing sales orders for legality and accuracy of information. Identifying and communicating sales order issues to relevant departments for resolution. Consolidating financial evidence and preparing responses for disputed payments. Tracking payments related to venue hiring and obtaining VAT invoices for events. Performing ad hoc tasks such as updating team calendars and shared platforms like Excel. What you'll need to succeed Exposure of working in finance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in problem-solving. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. A team player who collaborates well with others.
