Salary: GBP50000 - GBP60000 per annum

We’re looking for someone who has:
* A Finance focused FMCG background, preferably within alcohol.
* Proven experience in senior roles within a small to medium-sized enterprise (SME).
* A good understanding of finance and accounting practices, enabling you to provide accurate and detailed business performance reports.
You are:
* Someone who can help develop and put into action the company’s business strategy, working as part of the Senior Management Team.
* Able to manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
* Comfortable managing the Finance Department and working with external finance support providers and auditors.
* Able to handle cash flow requirements and projections, communicating them clearly to stakeholders.
* Someone who can put together monthly management accounts for internal and external stakeholders.
* Able to provide clear, ongoing performance insights and reports to the Board.
* Someone who takes a proactive approach to reviewing business operations, looking for opportunities and efficiencies to add value.
* Able to manage procurement to get the best value from the supply chain.
* Capable of analysing commercial contracts with suppliers and customers to support sales and cost optimization.
* Someone who can help maximize the return on investment from existing operational infrastructure.
* Able to provide insights on commercial plans that may require additional investment and the expected return on investment.
* Able to develop strategic plans, both short-term and long-term, with key financial measures, that can be shared with the board and investors.
* Able to build strong working relationships with team members and investor stakeholders, ensuring they have an accurate view of the business and market.
* A good communicator, able to build and maintain strong business relationships.
* Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
