The Role: Assist in delivery of central communications strategy across our assets through implementing and delivery of multi-asset communications and promotions calendar. Support the National Campaign Manager to deliver a cohesive and coherent day to day operation at our assets Implement agreed processes for asset level branding (e.g. wayfinding, POS), local PR, events and brand partner promotions Salary: Competitive What you will be responsible for: Support the National Campaign Manager in gathering site specific insight from across the portfolio through regular stakeholder engagement, reporting back to National Marketing Manager and Director to inform strategy and planning Liaison with Retail Managers by providing regular updates to asset-level customers (retailers, occupiers), keeping them informed of all site-specific promotional and marketing activities Work with the Digital Manager and The Content Emporium to ensure all occupier offers, promotions are published in line with the 48-hour SLA. Collaborate with Retail Managers to source content. Assist with the delivery of multi-centre media plans and PR management across the Outlet portfolio Leading on all marketing activity for Clarks Village and being the main point of contact for stakeholders and agencies for that outlet Work with Digital Manager to coordinate digital and social content for agency partner, including the development of engaging local stories Support agency partners and centre teams in the operational delivery of an agreed commercial events and promotions programme, working with the central team as required. Deliver in line with Health & Safety & Insurance protocols Support Marketing Operations by co-ordinating asset-level activity Develop good community links, including CR partners and stakeholders Represent the Retail Marketing function for multiple customers, including visitors, brand partners, Portfolio Managers / Centre Directors / Operations team Contribute to reporting for the central team, show results of marketing activity and its impact on commercial KPIs Follow correct approval procedures in relation to the raising of POs, invoicing and other necessary administration Attend face-to-face and Teams meetings representing the marketing team with stakeholders, brand partners and appropriate third-parties Working within a geographically dispersed team with central responsibilities; projects and marketing programmes will be allocated by the National Campaign Manager as workloads and priorities allow Personal responsibility for managing multiple projects and updating relevant team members are essential Your skills, experience and qualifications: Essential criteria Experience in developing relationships with brand partners and occupiers at asset level Experience in delivering digital campaigns Experience in lead on PR campaigns and stunts Experience in delivering community initiatives Able to demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a changing work culture Portfolio wide approach Proven ability to process and analyse KPI data Excellent copywriting skills Life and Benefits at Landsec We have a great benefits package, there to support you with your work-life balance and in moments that matter.
