Customer Service Executive
Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Pertemps are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive on behalf of our award-winning client based in Burton-Upon-Trent on a full-time permanent basis.
Salary: £22,790, rising to £25,355 after probation.
Working 37.5 hours per week but must be able to work every other Saturday and Sunday with days back in the week.
Monday to Friday on a rota | between 9am 6pm
Shift 1 9.00am 5.00pm - Shift 2 - 10.00am 6.00pm.
Saturdays - 9am - 5pm (Home Working)
Sundays - 10am to 4pm (Home Working)
Main duties:
* Answer incoming calls from customers ensuring all their requirements are met within agreed service levels.
* Admin duties understanding the customers needs and liaising with departments to ensure we can meet the customers requirements.
* Action cancellations in line with company processes.
* Dealing with travel concierge requests which include pre/post night stays, rail tickets and UK transfers.
* Handling late booking requests.
* Assist with Customer Relations issues and call outs in particular any changes to customers arrangements ensuring they have all the correct revised information.
* Ad-hoc queries and requests from within the Customer Service team and other teams within the Contact Centre
