Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the telecare team's night shift operations.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality support services to clients during the night.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
Respond to emergency situations promptly and coordinate appropriate responses.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of incidents and services provided.
Liaise with external agencies, including healthcare providers and emergency services, to ensure effective service delivery.
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within telecare or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Understanding of telecare technology and its applications in client care.
Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to changing circumstances.

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £15.98
