How will you make an impact?
As a People Advisor, you will be key to developing professional working relationships with managers to facilitate effective and efficient people processes, including ER case work, providing generalist support and advice, ensuring that all current legislation and our policies and procedures are adhered to at all times to minimise any business risks.
Our team of People Advisors are required to work collaboratively as part of a knowledgeable People Services function, to develop and implement value-adding people plans that include workforce planning activities, policies and procedures, and HR interventions. You will play an active role using people data/metrics and information to support managing attendance, retention of talent, improving engagement and overall culture, and the delivery of key people targets/KPIs.

About you:
* CIPD – Level 5 or equivalent is essential
* You must be able to demonstrate that you have relevant experience of working at a People Advisor level, in a busy and fast-paced HR environment with a good working knowledge of complex ER cases and people processes
* Experience of working within Housing and/or Care and Support sectors is highly desirable but not essential
* Experience of advising and coaching line managers
* Be able to apply initiative and work independently to deliver solutions
* Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and its application
* Possess excellent listening and communication skills
* A customer service mindset and desire to ensure the best experience is provided to our managers and internal customers

The interview process consists of a values and behaviours-based assessment session and a competency-based interview and relevant role-based skills testing. We will be holding an assessment centre on Tuesday the 8th of April and then shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a virtual interview on Monday 14th, Tuesday 15th and Thursday 17th of April.
