The ideal candidate will have strong experience within Customer Service environments, with a proven track record of successfully meeting KPIs.
This position is well suited to a personable individual with strong relationship building skills, problem solving skills and the ability to put customers first.

· Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Duties and Responsibilities
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key account holders in the business.
· Work to drive customer engagement and drive business, by contacting customers for check in calls.
· Work towards set KPIs to ensure these are met.
· Record accurate and up to date information on company spreadsheets and systems.
Skills and Experience Required
· Experience working within an administrative or Customer Service driven role.
· Strong previous experience working with MS Office packages, particularly Excel is essential for this role.
· Ability to work effectively independently and in a team.
· Excellent attention to detail, and strong multi-tasking skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
