About the Role As a Sales & Service Advisor, youll play a key role in ensuring every customer receives expert advice and outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include: Engaging with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Creating an exceptional visitor experience at our showroom. Processing online orders and providing seamless after-sales support. Representing the brand at UK-wide sales events. Handling inquiries, from spare parts to guarantees, with a customer-first approach. Working closely with colleagues to contribute to a positive team environment. What Were Looking For Were seeking individuals who are: Excellent communicators with a passion for customer service. Experienced in retail, sales, or customer service with strong relationship-building skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office with accurate data entry skills. Team-oriented, well-organised, and personable. Working Hours Five-day working week, including weekend shifts on a rota basis. Some hybrid working available. Opening hours: Monday Saturday: 08:45 17:00 Sunday: 10:00 16:00 Typically, 40 hours per week. Breaks: 1 x 20 min paid break and 1 x 15 min unpaid break. Whats on Offer?
