Step into a role where your creativity has purpose, and lets tell meaningful stories together A Typical Day in the Job: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance the organisation's online presence. Create, curate, and edit compelling content, including videos and photos, that aligns with the company's brand and resonates with the target audience. Manage and maintain all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with regular updates and interactions. Monitor social media analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and reach Produce high-quality video and photo content to highlight the organisation's services, success stories, and events. Collaborate with team members to gather content and share stories of the young people we support. Create podcast material, edit and post track the analytics of the podcasts for improvements and whats working well Using creative software and tools such as adobe, Canva, TikTok analytics, Instagram analytics Plan, organise, and coordinate activities and events for young people, taking into account their individual needs and interests. Collaborate with Team Leaders, key workers, and staff to ensure activities align with each individual's care plan Full training and supportwill be provided by your workplace mentor and the Baltic Apprenticeships team. Strong video and photo editing skills using relevant software. Excellent organisational and coordination abilities. Knowledge of and experience working with young people, particularly in a care or support setting. (desirable) Effective communication and collaboration skills. Time management Work well under pressure Work well in line with deadline across the business A minimum of grade C/4 or above in GCSE English and Grade 5/C Maths (or equivalent) Your Training with Baltic: This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualifications and experience you need to immerse yourself in an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Content Creator.
