An exciting opportunity has arisen for an External Booking Co-Ordinator to join our fast-growing young company with an innovative approach to delivering pre-employment training and other work-based learning programmes.
We require an enthusiastic, motivated and target-driven individual to take control of all bookings for Castleview.
Applicants will be expected to:
1. Book conference, induction and training venues nationally.
2. Book hotels and accommodation.
3. Work within financial budgets.
4. Contact transport in regard to booking requirements.
5. Input course information onto an Excel database.
6. Create and communicate a weekly plan.
7. Send the course information to Recruiters/Employment Support.
8. Ensure all information on the Excel database is up to date before sending out by email.
9. Interact with the accounts department regarding room hire invoices.
10. Interact with the Quality Manager regarding vetting forms.
11. Email vetting forms & booking forms to the appropriate venues.
12. Negotiate pricing with venues & transport bookings.
13. Make payments by telephone when authorised.
14. Cover other departments when on annual leave.
Hours of work:
1. 9am-5pm Monday to Thursday
2. 9-4.30pm Friday
Starting salary for this role is £25,000 per annum.
