The ideal candidate will have an expert knowledge of the creator economy, a proven track record in high-profile talent management, and exceptional skills in devising long-term talent strategy. Responsibilities Lead the talent agency's digital division - overseeing it's evolution and growth in terms of both size, revenue & industry standing Manage a varied roster of digital-first talent Line manage a team of Talent Assistants and Agents Devise both short and long term talent strategy for creators, incorporating opportunities across wider revenue streams including broadcast, podcasts, IP & literary.
