We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join their dynamic team based in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting multiple stakeholders.
As an administrator you will be working closely with both the Project Manager and Installations Manager, you’ll be central to keeping operations running smoothly. From coordinating equipment deliveries and communicating with suppliers, to managing bonus statements and booking hotels for installers, no two days will be the same. The role also involves working with their custom CRM system, JobLogic, so adaptability and a tech-savvy approach are key.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and Installations Manager.
* Use the ProLogic CRM system for tracking and updating project information.
* Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
* Prepare and manage bonus statements
* Book travel and accommodation for installers.
* Handle a wide variety of general administrative duties, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative role.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Experience with or ability to quickly learn custom CRM systems (experience with JobLogic is a bonus).
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
* A proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
