Job Title: Residential Childcare Practitioner
Where you will be based: Stoke-on-Trent, Midlands
Provision: 2 Bed, EBD Children's Home, Ofsted Regulated
The Service Users: Children aged 7 to 17 with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD)
Working Week and Pay:
* Hours: 154 Hour or 206 Hour Contract Per Month (not including sleeps)
* Sleep-in Rate: £52 per sleep
* Salary: £27,144 to £36,192 (inclusive of sleep-ins)
Desirables:
* Qualifications: It is desirable that you hold Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare, or Level 3 Diplomas in Social or Children Care or Health and Social Care
* Experience: Desirable to have experience working in a similar setting, such as working with children with challenging behaviour or complex needs (not including care assistant for the elderly).
* Driving Licence: Full driving license is desirable
Essentials:
* Fluent in English: Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Min Age: 22
