The client is a regional contractor with extensive experience managing projects ranging from £750,000 to £5 million. Specializing in Education, Leisure, Healthcare, Commercial, and Residential sectors, the client successfully delivers Design & Build projects, traditional contracts, and partnering frameworks.

Skills and Experience Required:
1. CSCS Black Card, SMSTS, First Aid, Temporary Works Certification
2. Ideally, experience in education sector projects or similar
3. Experience with both refurbishment and new build schemes
4. Proven track record of managing projects valued between £750K and £5M
5. Experience working in restrictive environments (Schools, Hospitals, etc.)
Role Responsibilities:
1. Deliver projects within the agreed timeframe
2. Manage staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
3. Assist in achieving project targets
4. Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient project handover and aftercare
5. Maintain effective health and safety management
