Communicates information with/to colleagues, staff, suppliers, patients and public. To support the wider catering team in the provision of all catering services including covering and supporting other catering roles as required by the needs of the service. Preparation of sandwiches, salads, fruit for the patients/restaurant and hospitality/function services. The service of food in the restaurant, coffee shop, including setting up and clearing down of service area. Cleaning and deep cleaning duties as required within the catering department, including patients crockery, cutlery, service utensils, food boxes, patient trays, flight dishwasher, floors, fridges, freezers and Cook-Chill hold rooms To be responsible for the general cleaning and deep cleaning of the Restaurant, servery area, washing up area, store rooms, function/Hospitality room, servery equipment, coffee machines, crockery, cutlery, tables, and all areas within the Restaurant.
