We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven Paid Media Analyst to join a digital agency. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in PPC, display, and paid social, with a strong desire to develop broader digital marketing skills. A solid understanding of how PPC and paid media integrate into multi-channel strategies is essential. This role only requires 1 day per week in their office in Leeds. They also offer a 4.5-day working week, which is very rare to find!
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of paid media campaigns, creating and implementing strategies across multiple industries and platforms.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure all KPIs are met for each campaign.
* Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and refine campaigns to achieve maximum performance.
* Ensure strategies are aligned with the client’s brand positioning and the wider digital marketing approach.
* Research and analyze competitor paid media strategies, incorporating insights into client campaigns where appropriate.
* Coordinate with media and engagement teams to create content and data requirements supporting digital campaigns and reporting.
Some of the key requirements:
* Proven experience in a paid media role, ideally within an agency.
* Highly analytical with a creative flair, thriving on challenges, and delivering goals with a data-driven and creative problem-solving approach.
* Passionate about producing high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail.
* Demonstrable passion for digital marketing, eager to learn and grow within the role and team.
* Willing to contribute to problem-solving, offering support in finding solutions when challenges arise.
