Purpose Statement Surefire Management Services Ltd. are committed to providing the highest quality, energy-efficient retrofit works for councils, social & private property owners across the UK. We believe that every family should have access to safe, comfortable, and energy-efficient housing, and aim to achieve that with our projects. Since its launch in 2017, approximately £70m energy-efficiency retrofit projects have been completed. Due to the increasing demand for our services, we are currently seeking to recruit a Compliance Administrator. The successful candidate will need to be a loyal, hardworking individual who works well independently and as part of a team, ECO knowledge is a requirement for this role. Within this role, you will need to remain highly organised and able to carry out all tasks with efficiency, accuracy and demonstrate excellent time keeping. Duties & Responsibilities You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including, but not limited to: • Creating completion packs to provide to local authorities or working partnerships for banking/ECO banking/proof of completion • Working with Compliance Lead, supporting with company audits, banking, industry accreditation audits and general day to day requirements • Supporting banking submissions to our energy providers. Ensuring packs are thoroughly checked and compliant for submission • Attend project meetings for any new projects, project updates and completion • Work proactively with managers and other key staff to establish and maintain a programme of continuous improvement in Compliance • Oversee and undertake compliance audits where appropriate and ensure an action plan with SMART objectives is established to address issues identified Surefire Management Services LTD • Work across multiple projects simultaneously • Shape, promote and exemplify company and department standards, policies and procedures Dimension of Role • To manage existing and new obligation projects from inception to go live • Opportunity to expand and develop role for the right candidate Working Relationships • Reporting to Compliance Lead. • Liaise with internal stakeholders and affiliated business partners. • Liaise and work closely with third party suppliers and delivery agents where required in the delivery of compliance. Essential Skills and Person Specifications • Minimum 1 years of proven previous experience in an ECO compliance role • Must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills both written and verbal • Proficient and experienced in Microsoft packages including, but not limited to MS-Word, MS-Excel, and Outlook • Self-motivated with strong organisational skills • Able to self-manage workload, meet tight deadlines whilst maintain high attention to detail • Some familiarity with system portals would be preferred but not essential • Strong understanding of with ECO and PAS2030 would be preferred but not essential • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively • Good telephone manner, active listening and able to deal with urgent situations • Ability to prioritise work to ensure tasks are completed within time constraints • Excellent written and communication skills • Strong analytical and organisational skills • Ability to work with varying senior levels, including staff, managers and external partners • Flexible & adaptable to change Our Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Statement At Surefire Management Services LTD, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
